Under my guidance, you’ll learn the proper technique used in breathwork therapy, such as how to move the breath into various areas of your body, becoming aware of resistance and releasing any tension or tightness for greater feelings of relaxation and calm.
CONSCIOUS CONNECTION TO BREATH

Breathing can either cause us to feel pleasure or pain. By understanding your habitual way of breathing, you’ll identify any patterns that could be holding you back from a healing breakthrough and understand how to breathe right through them.
30-MIN BREATHWORK TASTER SESSION

On the final day, we will put everything together in a 30-minute taster to allow you to experience what a full session feels like.
